House Rules
1. No Parties or Events – Unauthorized parties or events are strictly prohibited. A $500 fee will be applied for non-compliance, and guests may be removed from the property.
2. No Smoking Indoors – Smoking of any kind (including vaping, hookah, etc.) is not permitted inside the townhome. A fee of up to $500 may be charged for violations.
3. Quiet Hours – Please keep music and noise levels down after 12:00 AM (midnight) to respect our neighbors.
4. Garbage Pickup – If your stay includes Wednesday night, please place the garbage bin at the curb for Thursday morning pickup.
5. No Pets Allowed – Pets of any kind are not permitted. A $400 fee will apply for violations, and guests may be asked to vacate the property.

Payment Policy
To secure your reservation, we follow a simple two-part payment schedule:

- 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your reservation and is non-refundable after 48 hours.
- Remaining 75% balance is automatically charged to the card on file 7 days before check-in.
- Please ensure your payment method remains valid.
- Last-minute bookings: If your reservation is made within 7 days of arrival, the full amount is due at booking.

Cancellation Policy
1. Full refund of initial 25% deposit if canceled within 48 hours of booking and check-in is at least 14 days away.
2. If canceled between 48 hours after booking and 8 days before check-in → 25% deposit is non-refundable, remaining balance not charged.
3. If canceled 7 days or fewer before check-in → no refunds.
4. Once full payment is processed (7 days before arrival) → reservation is final, no refunds.
